Do you work with public sector and councils?
Yes. A significant portion of the work is with local authorities and public sector organisations. Engagements are structured to be procurement-compliant, and a standard contract is available to review before any commitment.
What does the contract structure look like? Are you inside or outside IR35?
Engagements are delivered via a limited company contract. For private sector work this is typically outside IR35. For public sector clients, a statement of work and service agreement is used. Contracts are plain-English, monthly rolling, with a 30-day exit clause and no lock-in.
Can you sign an NDA before the initial call?
Yes. An NDA can be put in place before any conversation if preferred. Mention this when you get in touch and it will be arranged before the call is booked.
How do you handle our data during an engagement?
All data shared during an engagement is handled under UK GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is provided as standard for any engagement involving personal or sensitive organisational data. No client data is ever used for AI training or shared with third parties.
Do you work outside Birmingham?
Yes. While based in Birmingham, engagements are delivered UK-wide remotely and on-site as required. Travel to client premises is included within reasonable distance. Longer travel is agreed in advance with no hidden costs.
