Sources searched
Coverage depends on what each source publishes in its feed. If a source cannot be reached during a search, TenderWatch names it with your results rather than hiding the gap.
| Source | Region | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Find a Tender | UK | UK above-threshold notices |
| Contracts Finder | UK | England and lower-value UK notices |
| Public Contracts Scotland | UK | Scottish public bodies |
| Sell2Wales | UK | Welsh public bodies |
| TED | EU | Tenders Electronic Daily, EU Official Journal |
| SAM.gov | USA | US federal contract opportunities |
| CanadaBuys | Canada | Government of Canada tenders |
| AusTender | Australia | Awarded contracts only, not open tenders |

Frequently asked questions
Which official procurement sources does TenderWatch search?
Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland and Sell2Wales for the UK, TED for the EU, SAM.gov for the USA, CanadaBuys for Canada and AusTender for Australia. AusTender provides awarded contracts only.
How up to date are the results?
Imports are scheduled every 6 hours. Coverage depends on each source's feed, and any source that is unavailable during a search is named alongside the results so you know what was not checked.
Who is TenderWatch for?
Suppliers, bid teams and consultants who sell to the public sector and want one search across UK, EU, US, Canadian and Australian notices instead of checking each portal separately.
How do I get access and how many searches can I run?
Access is by invitation. Email simon@ai-si.com to request an account. Guest accounts include a set number of free searches, shown next to the Search button. Paging through or downloading results from a search does not use another search.
Can I download results?
Yes. Signed-in users can download the results of a search as a CSV file. Each result links to the official notice on the original source, which remains the authoritative record.
